Forntise Builders Limited is a Kenyan contracting company based at Top View Plaza on the Rapogi–Ndhiwa Road in Suna, Migori, registered with the National Construction Authority as an Electrical Engineering Service contractor, Category NCA8.
Who we are
We give clients in western Kenya and beyond a contractor they can rely on for the systems inside and around their buildings: power and lighting, standby and solar power, security and communication systems, pumping plant, lifts and hoists, and the specialist mechanical services that modern facilities depend on.
Our directors and technical team combine field experience with a disciplined approach to planning, safety and documentation. Every installation is designed to the relevant Kenyan and international standards, carried out by competent tradespeople, tested, and handed over with the records the client needs.
We believe good electrical work is invisible: it simply works, safely, for years. We price fairly, keep our commitments on time and communicate plainly with clients, consultants and the authorities.
